1,000+ Blinkweb Users in 30 seconds! Welcome everyone!
Well, after a very brief launch today, there are now 1,000 (1,206 to be exact) users that have access to Blinkweb. We wanted to open Blinkweb initially to a small number of people to make sure that our server could handle the stress/strain/usage from so many users.
Welcome BlinkWeb Users!
While, there were many upset people submitting support requests and
personal emails to us stating they were upset, frustrated, or just down-right angry that
they couldn't get in, we believe this is the best move in the longterm for Blinkweb users.
To those that wrote us personal email concerning Blinkweb limiting initial membership to only 1,000, We're extremely sorry! Trust us on this one. We want to make sure Blinkweb is stable and usable for you. We didn't want to put the risk on the Blinkweb users by going "hog wild" with some elaborate launch, where the servers would likely crash, causing the website to become completely unusable.
Capping the initial membership allows us to test many unknowns and make sure the site is completely functional when we open it up permanently in a couple of days. So, for those that were not one of the first *1,206 members, not to worry, Blinkweb will open back up "permanently" in only a few short days.
Rest assured that when Blinkweb does re-open in just a couple of days, you will be able to enjoy the positive user experience you deserve. I'm disappointed that I missed the launch, but psyched that it will be coming soon. I can't believe that 1,206 people were at their PCs that instant and were able to signup that fast. Amazing! I hope the lucky few will put Blinkweb to the test. This is one exciting product and much needed in the marketplace. I've also been able to take a look at some of the Blinkweb templates and they look fantastic.
1,206 users in 30 seconds? Wow! I guess I really didn't have a chance of getting in for now. I look forward to your next e-mail message.

I just finished taking a test drive of BlinkWeb and I am more than impressed. This is the first drag-and-drop website creation tool that is easy to use, intuitive and effective. Way to go guys (and gals!) All the best, Val
Hi Guys over 1200 in an instant, spare a thought for the guys over the pond in the UK they get the email usually when they are sleeping so will not get in first hand? 30 seconds?...jeez, even 30 minutes would be really good. Would like to know more about what URL we get (is it like: .blinkweb.com Is it possible to get our own URL that points to our blinkweb site? Also, a little more detail on WHY you put this together. HOW does it benefit you too? Thanks! Dan

Hi, Disappointed that you launched during UK night time - no chance for us here in the UK - again Good luck with your launch, but can we at least have some warning for next round - I work late get up early but do not work nights unless arraigned.
